Below are excerpts from my untitled novel in progress.
The novel centers on two unlikely wingmen embarking on a quest to reimagine themselves in Laguna Beach, California, a seductive beach town with a reputation as a sanctuary for artists and misfits. As far as the community of Laguna Beach was concerned, Reggae was their religion and whiskey their holy water. In this desert, the sand glitters like gold glimmering with the promise that anyone can transform their identity, and if the stars align, happiness may even be in their fate.
